Garnets are a symbol of truth, regeneration and consistency. Garnets are named after the pomegranate thanks to their resemblance to the fruit's glistening seeds. Garnet is January’s birthstone and used to mark a second anniversary. Garnets are believed to help relieve energy blockages and help you return to a natural state of joy and vitality.
