Designer’s notes
Feathers for me are symbols of flight and freedom – though I am also fascinated by the Native American tradition of hanging feathered dream catchers above a sleeper to induce good dreams. And seed pods, of course, are emblems of the wonder of new life. This simple necklace combines the two and I love the way the contrasting shapes and textures work together. The fastening of the trace chain features a small striped pupa charm.
